Terms of sale

These terms govern the purchase of tarot spread interpretations on obsidian-tarot.com. By ticking the acceptance box before paying, you accept them.

1. Seller

Infinity Software (Francesc Pàez Falomir), Tax ID 47855949X, Santiago Russinyol 20, Mora Ebre (Tarragona), ESPAÑA. Email: info@obsidian-tarot.com.

2. What you buy

Digital content: a written, personalised interpretation of the spread you made on the table, generated by artificial intelligence from your cards, their positions and your question. It is shown on a page with a private link that you can reopen for 365 days.

The interpretation is for entertainment and personal reflection. It does not predict the future, guarantees no results and does not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. For people aged 18 or over.

3. Price and payment

The price is €3.50 per interpretation, all taxes (VAT) included. Payment is made by card through Stripe on a secure page. We do not store your card details. Stripe will email you a payment receipt.

4. Delivery

The interpretation is generated and displayed as soon as payment is confirmed, usually in under a minute. If a technical problem prevents delivery, press “Try again” on the reading page or write to info@obsidian-tarot.com: we will deliver it or refund you in full.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once supply has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost. By ticking the box before paying, you request immediate delivery and accept that you cannot withdraw once the interpretation has been delivered.

6. Acceptable use

Do not include illegal or offensive content or third parties’ personal data in your question. We may decline to generate interpretations for questions that break this rule, in which case we will refund you.

7. Liability

The owner is not responsible for decisions you make based on the interpretation. If the service is not provided correctly, our liability is limited to delivering it again or refunding the price paid, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.

8. Complaints

Send any complaint to info@obsidian-tarot.com; we will reply as soon as possible and within one month at most. You may also contact the consumer arbitration boards or consumer authorities in your region.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence shall have jurisdiction, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
